Seemaβs Beauty Salon is looking for a skilled, professional, reliable and passionate Beauty Therapist & Nail Technician to join our growing team in Southampton.
A suitable candidate for this role must have a minimum of 1 year salon work experience and should have strong practical knowledge in beauty and nail treatments.
You will be responsible for carrying out beauty and nail treatments safely, efficiently and professionally while ensuring every client receives excellent service and a positive salon experience.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend up to three interview and assessment rounds within the salon environment.
These sessions allow both management and the candidate to assess suitability for the role, including professional behaviour, communication skills, hygiene standards, teamwork, punctuality, attitude and practical knowledge.
During these assessment rounds, candidates may observe how the salon operates, shadow team members and complete reasonable assessment tasks requested by management.
Candidates who successfully pass the assessment stage may be offered a paid weekly trial period lasting approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
During this period, performance will be assessed based on treatment quality, customer service, reliability, punctuality, teamwork and overall suitability for the business.
Candidates who successfully complete the paid trial period may be issued a probationary job offer letter. The probationary period will normally last 3 months.
Once the probationary period has been successfully completed, the employee may be offered a full employment contract, subject to satisfactory performance and business requirements.
