    Previous experience is valued, but all staff must follow the salon’s procedures, hygiene standards, product guidance and reasonable management instructions.

    Treatment methods must not be changed simply because a customer or another person requests it. Any change must be safe, suitable and properly authorised.

    Treatment must not continue where there is threatening, sexual, abusive or inappropriate behaviour. Management will handle any refund decision.
